Vegetable salad with cheese balls – a recipe of delicious vegetable salad.

Ingredients:

Cheese 100 g
Feta cheese 100 g
Garlic 1 clove
Mayonnaise 1 table spoon
Dill 2 twigs
Cilantro 2 twigs
Tomatoes 2 PCs.
Cucumber 2 PCs.
Olives 1/2 banks
Quail eggs 6 PCs.
Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Olive oil 50 ml
Salt, spices to taste

1. Grate the cheese on a small grater. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the ingredients, add mayonnaise, mix well. From the resulting mass to form balls.

3. Quail eggs boiled, cut into quarters. Cucumbers and tomatoes cut into slices large size.

4. In a salad bowl place the tomatoes and cucumbers, add the olives, quail eggs. To prepare the dressing: in a Cup mix the olive oil and lemon juice, add salt, seasonings, beat thoroughly. Pour the dressing into the salad and mix. On top of the vegetables lay the cheese balls. Serve. Bon appetit!
