SALAD “WALDORF”

SALAD “WALDORF” — the LEGENDARY Blagonravin:

2 medium green Apple
250 gr. petiolar celery
50 gr. walnuts
100 ml natural yoghurt
juice and zest of 1 lemon
ground pepper
salt

Preparation:

* Apples peel and cut into thin strips, removing the core. Sprinkle with lemon juice (this will stop the blackening of Apple). Same julienne slice the stalks of celery. Nuts chop.

* Fold the apples, nuts and celery in salad bowl. Lightly beat yogurt, mix with remaining lemon juice and the chopped zest.

* Dress the salad and put on 2 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving you can put on a decorated plate through the ring. Garnish with celery.
