Salad recipes whip up

This page presents salad recipes in a hurry — easy and simple to prepare for the holiday and every day.

Salad is a versatile dish that is present on our table regardless of the season: in summer it is light salads of fresh vegetables and greens in the winter — nutritious and denser harvested in the winter canned heat-treated salads or vegetables. But the salad is always tasty and healthy.

What is so good our holiday salads?

First, because salads are gathered in this section mainly light — they contain few calories. And, therefore, they occupy a Central place in any diet and holiday table will no longer be the killer of your figure.

Secondly, we focus on fresh salads — very healthy and tasty because they only include fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, rich in vitamins and minerals. The ingredients in these salads are not subjected to heat treatment, and thus all nutrients are retained in full and is easily absorbed by the body.

Third, I only try to post simple recipes that don’t require much time for preparation.

Salads can be prepared, focusing on their tastes and preferences, changing the recipe on your own — and poluchiloc them is a pleasure and a huge benefit. For example, a simple salad of Apple and celery, can be made more hearty by adding curd. But if Apple replace white cabbage, celery carrots, you get a different dish, not less useful. How to cook salad:

It should be prepared shortly before serving to preserve the whole set of nutrients. Salt should at the last moment, as, indeed, all vegetable dishes.

Components should ideally be combined with each other. The composition may include a variety of products, but very important point is the compatibility with each other, including fueling.

The ingredients should complement each other, allowed products, giving accent to the dish, but they are, in any case, should not interrupt the taste of other components.
