Salad Gnezdo gluharya

INGREDIENTS

chicken fillet 400
kartofel 400 g
egg 4 PCs.
onions 150 g or 1 medium size onion

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Step 1
Chicken boiled and finely chop.Cucumbers to cut thin straws. Eggs boil and grate on a coarse grater. Cut onion into quarter rings. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips. This can easily be done with the help of a grater for Korean carrot.

Step 2

In a salad bowl put the cucumbers, chicken, egg, onion and half potatoes. Add salt and mayonnaise. Salad mix well. Put the salad in a deep plate. In the middle of the chop greens along the edges add remaining roasted potatoes. And in the middle put boiled quail eggs.

Step 3
